Position: Construction Supervisor (regular recruitment)
Job description:
Make plans, organize and implement the project construction in accordance with budget and progress to meet the demand of Consultant/Client.
Stay connected with Client/Consultant and relevant partners to conduct effectively all CSA/MEP works of the project.
Supervise and control the works in tight compliance with the Quanlity Management System, identify all construction risks, evaluate and manage the quality and safety.
Instruct construction teams and sub-contractors to finish their tasks as required by the workload detailed drawings and technical drawings.
Supervise the ongoing tasks before sending supervision requests to the Client/Consultant in order to minimize risks and bad quality.
Based on safety regulations and instruction, create and maintain a safe working environment.
Comply with the ISO systems of the Company.
Submit a report of completed tasks to the Project Manager.
Other issues are to be discussed in the interview.
Educational background: Engineer
Gender: Male
Basic requirements:
Graduated from public universities on Electricity, Cold heat and drainage engineering construction major like HCMC University of Technology, HCMC University of Architecture.
Professional management and organization skill.
Good English skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
Problem-solving capability to meet the demand of Clients/Consultants/Contractors.
